Terms of Service

By creating an account on Somo Smart Venue or using any part of the service, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you accept the terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you certify that you have the authority to bind the legal entity to these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the service.

Somo Smart Venue is a cloud-based SaaS platform for event organizers. The service includes event management, ticket sales, analytics and insights, and messaging. We reserve the right to update, modify, or expand the functionality of the service at any time.

To use Somo Smart Venue, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Somo Smart Venue offers both free and paid plans. Payment is processed via Stripe and charged monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund for partially used periods.

You agree to use Somo Smart Venue in accordance with applicable laws. You may not publish misleading or illegal content, distribute malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts. You are solely responsible for all content you publish through the service.

All intellectual property rights to Somo Smart Venue belong to Somo or its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you upload. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing the service.

Somo Smart Venue is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or interruptions due to maintenance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid during the past 12 months.

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. As an event organizer, you are the data controller for participant data you process through the platform. Somo acts as the data processor.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court.
